How the payment works...

Payments will be on a Monday afternoon, each week. 1 week in arrears.

You need to send an invoice with hours worked at the end of each week. It’s all set up on a page for you. Click the button, put hours in, press send. Get paid 1 week later.

Most care companies do 'Person-centred Care 👉🚶🏻‍♀️' (You can watch the video on person-centred care below) We prefer FAMILY centred care or EVERYONE centred care.

Person-centred care means we need to think about what the person being cared for likes and dislikes, what they need and how they feel.

BUT... At CareChooser we prefer family-centred care, this means as well as thinking about the person being cared for it's also very important, quite often MORE important to also think about the family members. What do they need? What do they want? Focus on them too.

It's a difficult time and situation for them too.

Ask how they are?

What is person-centred Care? Remember FAMILY or EVERYONE centred care is even better, that's what makes GREAT care.
