What happens if it doesn't work out with our carer?
We only work with the top 2% of carers, but if it doesn't work out with your carer we'll replace the carer free of charge in the first 3 months.
How much should we pay the carer?
We recommend paying the carer £700 per week. Perhaps an extra £50 per week if personal care is involved and the same if you need a carer that drives.
